TIDAL is backed by a growing base of over 600 active supporters, and its voluntary steering group includes representatives from the World Development Movement, Oxfam, the Mothers Union, Christian Aid, CAFOD, Leeds City Council, local religious groups and local businesses.
The work of TIDAL is funded by donations from individual supporters and grants from supporting organisations. This funding enables us to:
organise campaigning events and training workshops
send out regular newsletters
maintain a pool of experienced public speakers
maintain an office with a part-time administrator.
Every voice counts. Become a TIDAL supporter and help to build on the success of the Jubilee 2000 campaign!
